Spring is here?

Parents,

We are all so hopeful that the warm weather is here to stay. The children are anxious to get outside and play!

Thank you to all of you who came out and supported our nights at California Pizza Kitchen and Zoey's. I saw alot of our preschool families. It was a great way to fellowship together while raising money for our St. Mark's Park.

This month we will be talking about patience in the preschool. We have all been so patient and waited for the warm weather to return. It is our hope that everyone gets well and is able to enjoy the beginning of Spring!!

Parent/Teacher Conferences for 2's and 3's

Parent Teacher Conferences for 2's and 3's will be Thursday March 17 and Friday March 18. There will be no school for the 2's and 3's on those days. Toddler parents will receive evaluations and can schedule a conference if needed. The Toddlers will have school on the 17th and 18th.  Conferences are for parents only. If you need to bring your child/children with you childcare will be available in the gym (Owen Hall) for the time of your conference only.

Save the Date!!

Come out on Saturday April 2 from 8am-10am and have teachers and staff from St. Mark's preschool and church serve you breakfast at the Triangle Town Center Applebees. Tickets will be $6.00/person and will go on sale for this event March 14th. Tickets will be available in the church or preschool office. All proceeds will go to our St. Mark's Park fund.

Summer Camp

Registration materials for our summer camps were sent home last week. If you did not receive a registration form please pick one up in the office. We will be offering two weeks of camp and those spaces are filling up quickly. Registration for the general public will begin March 14th.

Carpool Reminder

Please make sure your children remain buckled in their seats until the teacher opens your car door and is ready for them to get out. We have had a number of children opening their doors before the carpool teacher is ready for them and we do not want an accident to happen. Also, please do not allow your child to sit in your lap while driving or hang out a sunroof  or window. It only takes a minute for something unfortunate to happen.
